I chose Mountain Bikes House primarily for its convenient location near the landmark I wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they offer bike and car hire services. The complimentary local cuisine breakfast served daily was a great start to my day, and the restaurant serving African cuisine was a delightful dining option. the availability of various amenities and services exceeded my expectations.
The staff at Mountain Bikes House were not very attentive during my stay. I had to frequently seek assistance, such as for hot water and basic room maintenance.

The location of the hotel may not be very central, but it offers a peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Guests can borrow bikes for free to easily explore the nearby area. The common areas in the hotel are spacious and perfect for meeting other travelers. The rooms are well-furnished and comfortable, with authentic African fabric and cozy swing-chairs on the porch. Breakfast is served on a terrace where guests can enjoy a breathtaking view of Kilimanjaro.
The wifi connection in some areas of the hotel may be a bit patchy.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family by the incredible team. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Looking for adventure? Just ask, and they'll arrange an amazing mountain bike safari or a trip to the hot springs. The breakfast with a view of Kilimanjaro was jaw-dropping, and the dinner with the team was a convivial experience. The rooms were simple, yet cozy, and the beds were comfortable. Although the WiFi was temperamental, it was free, and the staff is actively working to improve it. The location was perfect for exploring the area on foot or going on excursions. We had a fantastic time and wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming accommodation in Moshi. The unique ambience and use of natural materials in the construction truly made Mountain Bikes House stand out. The friendly and helpful staff made me feel like I was part of the family. Free Wi-Fi was a convenient perk, and I was able to book affordable day trips right from the hotel. The evenings spent gathered around the campfire were a highlight, fostering a sense of camaraderie with fellow travelers. The excellent breakfast provided a great start to the day. The location was superb, with easy access to the city center, restaurants, shopping, and the famous Memorial Market. I highly recommend a stay at this wonderful accommodation in Moshi.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests we had. They were knowledgeable about the local area and were able to set up trips and activities for us. The breakfast served outside with a view of the mountains was a great way to start the day. Plus, the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep.
The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with evidence of previous guests still present. the Wi-Fi and power were unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected and communicate with others.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy hotel for 3 nights. The dorms and suite huts were nicely designed around the garden and open fireplace. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed borrowing the bikes and exploring the area, thanks to the extra spare tire and cycling bag provided. The atmosphere was like a little family house, with everyone being friendly and talkative. The projector in the garden was a great addition for movie nights, and the beds were comfortable. I fell in love with the creative decoration made from old bicycle parts. I would definitely stay here again.
Would recommend this hotel.

the staff at this place, let's call it Mountain Bikes House, were super friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They were especially helpful in organizing small trips around the area, like the sunset tour which was so much fun. the communal atmosphere was fantastic, with communal dinners and a campfire every night, allowing me to meet and socialize with other travelers. The rooms were simple but comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring the town and going on excursions. Cons: Could not be improved in any way. 🌟.
